About me
I grew up in Simi Valley, California a medium size town outside of Los Angeles. Growing up in California was an amazing experience. I grew up just far enough from LA that I wasn't near the chaos, but close enough that I could go into the chaos. This made for a perfect scene for my life.

Growing up I lived with both my parents, my older brother Bryan and my twin brother Kyle. My brothers have been my best friends since I could remember. My first word according to my parents was "Bryan". My family is very close nit, I have been blessed with what I considered the best parents and brothers I could ask for.
Sports have been a huge part of my life since I could remember. I tried all sports at a young age. Started with soccer, then transitioned into softball(which I did not like), then finally found my true passion basketball. The first time I picked up ball and shot it was this very natural feeling. From then on my family and my live has been about basketball.

"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be." Tom Landry
Why I love coaching!
Growing up all I knew was basketball. The love of the game went beyond just playing it. I wanted to understand it as well. The ins and outs of all the X's and O's. After my playing career was over, I knew the next step in my basketball journey was coaching. Coaching gave me the opportunity to make an real impact on a student-athletes life the way so many coaches I had made an impact on my life. I love seeing that light bulb go off in an athletes mind when finally they understand the concept we are trying to teach. Coaching gives me the opportunity to continue the passion I have for basketball, but also my other passion which is helping others.
